Raptr, newish IM, talk to people on your AIM, Yahoo, MSN, Facebook, GTalk, ICQ, xfire and Raptr friendslist. You can also set it up to post your gaming activity (what you're playing, achievements, etc..) on Facebook, Twitter, FriendFeed, Ping.FM and Plurk.
